Just wondering if all original ps3 consoles play ps2 games before i buy one myself

The guy above me is wrong, only model that has any backwards compatibility is the original 60 gig. If you don’t like only 60 gigs of storage you can upgrade the hard drive easily.

My brother just got a ps3, and he is hooking it up to his surround sound with an optical cord. He has it hooked up. Went to the PS3 settings and changed the audio to optical. But it still isnt working. Is there anything else he should do?

Set the reciever to the proper aux? It isn’t that hard and not alot of options. If it’s running straight to reciever try to go from ps to tv the av’s from tv to stereo or if it’s like that then from ps to stereo.

Hello, Dinky Dana here. This is my review for the game Demon’s Souls for the Playstation 3. It is a dark fantasy RPG. The game is very challenging but well worth the purchase. It can be imported from China or will be released in the US October 2009. Any RPG fan should definitely play this game. It’s amongst the greatest RPG’s released on the newer consoles thus far.
