Borderlands is an excellent game, but when I originally wrote this answer, I have only tested and played the X360 version, and not the ps3 version.
The PS3 version appears to have some minor bugs that the X360 does not have.
These bugs include but are not limited to:
Online Lag.
Frame Rate Issues.
Textures Slowly Appearing.
When the Online Lag and Frame Rate Issues bugs are combined, the game is virtually unplayable.
The frame rate when these ’slowdowns’ occur are on average 12 FPS.
The XBOX 360 version has the above bugs, but they are far less severe.

Bioshock is an amazing game. It’s about an underwater city and it takes place sometime in the 1950s. Just a beautiful game overall. I guess you can call it a sci-fi shooter. Get it right away!

Killzone 2 is a sci-fi shooter. A lot of people I know claim it’s the game of the year. I’m of the opinion that there are better games out there. I personally didn’t like it too much.

I haven’t tried Wet yet, and not sure what it’s about.

And yes, those games are on the ps3.

I’m buying a PS3 tomorrow, and would like to know what are some great PS3 games (exclusive or not).

Currently, I already have bought the two games I most look forward to playing on the ps3: Metal Gear Solid 4 (Limited Edition), and an imported Japanese Final Fantasy XIII. I’m also thinking of buying "Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune" bundled with a controller priced at $69.99, though I’m not sure if the game is good or not. Do you guys know of any other good games? Modern Warfare 2 seems most popular atm since FF13 hasn’t released yet in NA and EU, but I think I’ll save that game for another day.

I’m also considering buying the PS3 Blu-Ray Remote and a Dual-Shock 3 Wireless Keypad. Do you guys recommend Sony Playstation 3’s accessories? Or does the Dual-Shock 3 controller justify all of that? Does the Wireless Keypad and Blu-Ray Remote Controller simplify the needs of online chatting and watching movies? Or are these ps3 accessories redundant?
